Join us at Orani for an evening of fire, flavour and exceptional whisky.
Fire & Whisky is a curated winter dining experience featuring a three-course menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with a selection from Lark Distillery.
The evening begins from 4:30pm with a cherry-pruning burn at dusk, accompanied by pre-drinks and light appetisers, an atmospheric start set around fire and smoke.
From 5:30pm, guests will be seated in the Orani main dining room for a three-course menu, thoughtfully crafted by Chef Jesse and paired with three distinctive Lark whisky selections.
Designed around the warmth of fire and the depth of fine whisky, the evening brings together live fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and three distinctive Lark expressions, creating a harmonious balance of smoke, flavour and spirit.

Private dining
We have a number of private dining spaces with access to the verandah and sweeping views of the bay. Accommodating 24-50 people they can be reserved for get-togethers of families, friends or colleagues.
